A former Division I athlete turned licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, she brings a unique blend of physical vitality and emotional wisdom to her work. Rooted in a deep love for movement, nature, and holistic healing, she creates a supportive space for people navigating life’s transitions—especially those facing identity shifts after high-performance careers or major life changes.
Her retreat sessions are infused with mindful movement, therapeutic insight, and the healing power of the outdoors. Regardless of their walk of life, Stacey helps individuals reconnect with themselves and uncover fulfillment, purpose, and happiness in life’s next chapter.

If you're seeing this, we're at the starting stages, but this is certainly more than a one-time retreat. We're creating a system that benefits both the participant and the facilitator.
We know that there are countless facilitators that have amazing gifts that would be of benefit to the world. We want to help them shine their light and do what they feel called to do in the service of others.
Naturally, this benefits the participant as well. The more information we are exposed to and apply in our lives (especially from different viewpoints), the more likely we are to discover what truly works for our unique nature.
Though this site may be lacking pizzazz at the moment, know we are committed to help you find those deeper levels of peace and empowerment we all yearn for. Additionally, we're here to help you integrate them into your life in a way that they become a part of who you are.
We're not creating a vacation, but a means of satisfying that deep yearning for more...

What's the problem being solved?
The modern-day lifestyle has gotten you out of alignment with who you truly are. You find yourself glued to a screen, pulled in many directions, and can't seem to find a sense of true satisfaction as the tasks just keep piling up. Sure, "on paper" (aka, on the surface) everything seems great, but there's this burning discontentment that is nagging at you. It's causing your self-care to decline, mental clarity is weakening, and you just feel... "stuck".
You yearn for some spiritual connection, but don't want to do it alone. You know you should spend more time outdoors in nature, but don't seem to prioritize it. You used to love being active and playing sports, but now you just do it every now and again.
You know your health and well-being need to be prioritized, but you keep putting it off.
In short, you're looking to re-activate your body and mind again in a way that makes you feel alive. ...and you miss Mother Nature :)
What if I'm introverted?
Don't worry, you'll have alone time. In fact, that's an essential part of this program as we want you to integrate what you learn each day so it becomes a part of your daily life. (We may call this a "retreat", but we don't want you to escape, we want you to integrate;)

- How to create a spiritually-aligned self health routine that keeps you energized, grounded, and on the path of well-being for the long-haul. (Main thing!)

- *Movement & Meditation Practice: Not everyone is fond of the same types of movements or meditation, but these are both paramount to lasting health & well-being (including spiritual health, obviously), we work together to discover what type you'll make your own. The same is true of movement; we provide the framework, you fill in the blanks.
What does a day look like?
An important part of this program is that you walk away with something you integrate into your life; we want you to have lasting well-being. With that said, each morning will start with some form of movement & meditation coupled with a brief workshop on something practical we can apply immediately (surrounding lasting holistic health). Each workshop provides a framework, but you will be encouraged to make it your own; we want you to do what will work for you.
Some workshops will be on the contemplative end (offering reflection and journaling), while others will be physically engaging. Either way, it's intended to be useful.
After the workshop, we go on an adventure! We go on a hike to some beautiful place with our lunches packed and spend a great portion of the day in the great outdoors. Immersed within the hike are aspects of mindful group coaching. For example, we may start the hike with a contemplative question for you to ponder in silence while we make our way through the trees. At other times, we may pause for a brief nature-aware meditation. When we break for lunch, we may have a deep conversation revolving around development and soul satisfaction—lunch is also a great time for quiet or room to wander; we want you to feel immersed in nature.
(Adventures may include something other than hiking:)
Depending on the day and the length of the hike, we come back, go straight to dinner and begin our wind down of the day, or we may have time for further activity and connection. Either way, we end the day with a wind down routine, which, like the morning, is designed to be made your own.
We will teach a framework of practices that allow you to decompress, reduce the stress, and prepare the body for a good night's sleep. Again, this is designed to remain with you following the retreat, so you'll have room to personalize it.
How will I remember what I learn?
You'll have a workbook to keep you engaged! This will be the blueprint for your Self Health Plan that you get to fill in and make your own. It's designed to be engaging and easy to follow. Again, we want you to win; we want you to have well-being for a lifetime.
What if I don't like the outdoors?
Yikes. Unfortunately not for you... But if you didn't, you wouldn't have gotten this far :P
What if I'm not actually an entrepreneur?
Entrepreneur could be considered a state of mind. If you think outside the box and don't fit the typical "mold" of the masses, you could be an entrepreneur at heart and not know it :)
What if I'm not an athlete?
Can you do athletic things? Do you enjoy being active and mobile? Do you enjoy adventure? As long as you want to get up and go, you're an athlete ;)
They say people respond most to the emotion of an experience... What should I expect to experience emotionally?
Grounded. Connected. Whole.
We want you to feel in control again—not in control of things outside of you, but within.
We want you to feel proud of who you're becoming, proud of where you're heading, proud of what you're building and contributing to the world... we want you to feel like who you are and what you do matters.
We want you to feel connected to the deepest part of you; the part of you that says, "I am safe. I am whole. I am that I am."
We want you to remember what it feels like to be and experience soul expansion.
What if I don't really meditate at the moment?
It's okay, we'll help you develop a practice.
Additionally, we will have online coaching calls prior to the retreat so we can get to know each other a bit and lay the foundation for a productive and harmonious retreat. (Healthy productive)
What are the coaching calls about?
We want to provide you the framework prior to the retreat so we can really maximize our time together. Yes, there will be much space at the retreat for deep and profound relaxation, but in order to allow for that, we want to introduce you to the information prior to so less mental effort is required during the retreat.
Are the calls private or group?
Both. We will have group calls for everyone to get to know each other, answer questions about the framework provided, and have important discussions prior to our departure.
We will also have one on one meditation coaching calls to lay the foundation, get clear about what we're looking to get out of the retreat (which helps us help you a bit more), and address anything that needs to be addressed prior to the retreat, allowing us to all show up as our best!
What do you mean by "spiritually-inclined"?
You recognize the importance of addressing your "inner world" and want to explore and understand it to a greater degree.
You may not adhere to one particular set of "rules" or ideologies, but have an openness and curiosity to different traditions as you recognize there are many paths to Truth. Additionally, you recognize the practicality and deep importance of spiritual development.
Your life may not outwardly revolve around spirituality, but it's often at the forefront of your mind. You seek understanding of the greater questions of life.
