How It Works

What to expect:

During this 3 Week Program, we'll have up to 9 private sessions.

Each week, we'll have the opportunity for 2 live Movement & Meditation Sessions (~40 minutes) where we walk through our routine together. Additionally, each week we'll also have a Midday Meditation Coaching Session (~20 minutes), where we experience different meditation techniques that can be used any time of day.

Each session will be recorded so you can play them back to follow along on your own.

You will also have daily text support to keep you accountable and help you maintain your sense of groundedness between sessions.

The purpose is for you to develop a practice that works for you, so we will have space to adjust as is needed.

You will receive a PDF template that makes it easy to determine what to do each morning—because not every morning is the same! Some mornings we need extremely gentle movements, while other mornings we benefit from more vigorous movements; the framework makes it easy for you to fill in with what's needed.

 

 By the end of our 3 Weeks, you will have:

Who's the Coach?

My name is Tyler.

I've been trained as a Personal Trainer, a Yoga Instructor, a Meditation Coach, and other health-related modalities.

I've been fascinated with the idea that we can take control of our health and have been helping others in this field for over 10 years now.

I'm happy to combine the physical (body) and non-physical (mind) in a way that maximizes our effect on health. Looking forward to sharing it with you.
